Handle inbound and outbound client service for Prospr portfolio: process policy changes, beneficiary updates, account reviews, and death claims; identify sales opportunities and refer clients to advisors; support chat triage; use digital tools; build relationships and resolve issues in a bilingual (FR/EN) environment with flexible hours.

Provides financial planning consultations and training to Sun Life advisors, covering risk management, retirement, tax, and estate planning. Organizes seminars, updates educational content, supports capability-building initiatives, collaborates with marketing on client materials, and develops financial strategies. Requires strong financial planning expertise, communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills, along with bilingual French-English proficiency.

Provide holistic life, health and wealth advice to new and existing clients via phone and digital tools. Assess needs, recommend insurance and investment solutions, conduct risk and retirement planning, maintain MFDA and insurance licensing, collaborate with branch and support teams, contribute to process improvements, and deliver bilingual client service on a variable schedule.
