Provides reception and administrative support by answering and routing calls, managing email and fax communications, greeting visitors, processing correspondence and shipments, ordering office supplies, sorting sales summaries, booking conference rooms, verifying invoices, and supporting cafeteria inventory. Requires a high school diploma, 2–3 years of similar experience, strong customer service and organizational skills, attention to detail, autonomy, professionalism, and French-English bilingualism.

Create bilingual English and French marketing content across social platforms, including copy, scripts, videos, and campaigns. Develop content ideas, calendars, briefs, and partnership initiatives while maintaining brand consistency. Optimize content for SEO and LLMs, analyze platform KPIs and analytics, coordinate contests and events, and recommend growth strategies. The role also represents the brand on camera and collaborates with marketing and creative teams.

Supervise all evening-shift warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking and shipping. Manage staffing, schedules and productivity targets, enforce safety and quality standards, coach and evaluate team members, report shift metrics, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement.
