The Industrial Engineer designs operational systems for growth and efficiency in warehouse launches, leading initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Lead day-to-day fulfillment center operations (inbound, put away, outbound, B2C/B2B, returns). Manage and develop Area Managers, leads, and associates; set operational KPIs, staffing, scheduling, budgeting/P&L, and ensure success during client launches while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Serve as the on-site HR contact for an assigned fulfillment center, handling daily HR functions (onboarding, background checks, training, employee relations), driving engagement programs, coaching managers, analyzing people data, and partnering with People Team to improve warehouse employee experience and ensure policy compliance.
