The role requires leadership, strong communication, English and French fluency, a bachelor's degree, CPA designation, and at least ten years of related financial management experience.

Participates in the design, inspection, coordination, commissioning, and follow-up of airport electrical infrastructure projects, including runway and taxiway lighting, electrical distribution, control systems, and related equipment. Prepares plans, specifications, calculations, estimates, and technical documentation; conducts site surveys and inspections; verifies compliance with Canadian and international aviation and electrical standards; reviews shop drawings; and supports clients, contractors, suppliers, testing, commissioning, and deficiency resolution under an engineer’s supervision.
