Temporary Payroll Specialist supporting the transition from a US Branch to a new US LLC and implementation of a global payroll provider. Responsibilities include payroll tax registrations, final filings, payroll configuration, data migration, testing, parallel runs, issue resolution, compliance tracking, documentation, and coordination with Finance, Tax, Legal, HR, vendors, and international payroll teams.

Lead StackAdapt’s internal AI platform team, overseeing platform-scale onboarding of APIs, UIs, and knowledge systems. Own the LLM evaluation pipeline, partner with product and feature teams, establish AI UX patterns, architect scalable APIs and backend systems, and ensure production performance. Hire and mentor full-stack engineers, promote engineering best practices, conduct code reviews and interviews, prioritize roadmaps, and contribute code to high-impact technical initiatives.

Assist Product Designers and Engineers in creating user-centered digital product experiences. Responsibilities include developing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows; applying design patterns; auditing design consistency; participating in design reviews; and collaborating cross-functionally to launch usable advertising platform features.
