As a Backend/AI Systems Engineer, you will develop backend systems for AI workflows and enhance core functionalities for Spellbook's legal software. You'll tackle complex problems, ensure system reliability, and collaborate with product teams, while maintaining a hands-on ownership approach.

The Senior Data Engineer will lead the design and development of scalable data infrastructure for analytics and AI capabilities, ensuring compliant data processing systems and improving the data platform.

Own product strategy and roadmap for enterprise customers; build enterprise-grade features (admin controls, permissions, data residency, integrations); partner with engineering, sales, and customer success to support complex deals, onboarding, and expansion; define enterprise metrics and manage feedback loops, FDE engagements, and beta programs to drive adoption and retention.
