Le ou la titulaire préparera les rapports financiers mensuels, budgets, prévisions, analyses d’écarts, modèles financiers et tableaux de bord SaaS. Il ou elle analysera la performance et la rentabilité, suivra les projets et indicateurs opérationnels, collaborera avec les parties prenantes et présentera des recommandations à la direction et au conseil d’administration. Le rôle comprend aussi l’amélioration des processus liés aux systèmes financiers et exige une présence à Montréal lors des clôtures.

Owns FP&A workstreams for monthly reporting, annual budgeting, and forecasting across P&L and cash flow. Performs variance, profitability, performance, and project analysis; prepares executive and board reports, SaaS KPI dashboards, and ad hoc analyses. Partners with stakeholders to explain results and influence decisions, while improving financial-system processes. The role requires advanced Excel skills, English and French fluency, a relevant university degree, 5+ years of experience, and Montreal-area availability for periodic onsite closes.

Build and maintain scalable AWS data pipelines from source-system CDC through Bronze, Silver, and Gold lakehouse layers. Develop dbt transformations, data models, ETL processes, quality controls, catalog and lineage metadata, and reliability monitoring. Partner with analysts, product, GTM, AI teams, source owners, and customers to deliver governed data products. Troubleshoot incidents, optimize cost and performance, support AI-ready datasets, and contribute to new ingestion patterns and platform evolution.
