Partner with hiring managers on intake, interview plans, offers, and onboarding. Build technical recruiting expertise, maintain ATS data and metrics, improve processes, and ensure an inclusive candidate experience while complying with policies and background checks.

Lead partner operations analytics and process optimization across the partner ecosystem. Monitor partner KPIs, administer CRM/PRM and BI tools, drive cross-functional improvements, build automations with Google Apps Script, and surface partner feedback to influence product and go-to-market decisions.

Lead FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and Board reporting. Partner with cross-functional leaders to link operational drivers to financial outcomes, own IFRS 15 revenue reporting and NetSuite models, drive management reporting and KPI dashboards, and implement AI-enabled automation to improve accuracy and scalability.
