Leads and improves manufacturing processes, production-line expansion, NPI, process validation, Lean initiatives, CAPEX equipment implementation, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, root cause analysis, capacity planning, line balancing, SPC, production metrics, safety and quality compliance, tooling and layout improvements, and commissioning. The role is fully onsite in Dorval and Kirkland and requires collaboration across production, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams.

Processes and reconciles accounts payable transactions, including invoice matching, vendor statements, intercompany accounts, expense reports, and corporate credit cards. Prepares weekly wire, EFT, and ACH payment runs; maintains audit-ready records; supports month-end close and internal and external audits; and prepares reports for supervisors. The role also coordinates with vendors, purchasing, and internal stakeholders and requires bilingual French-English communication in a fully onsite manufacturing environment.

Supports, configures, maintains, and enhances the global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system. Provides functional user support and training, analyzes business processes, translates requirements into system configurations, supports integrations, testing, reporting, upgrades, documentation, and change management. Collaborates with business stakeholders and technical teams to improve ERP usage, standardize processes, and deliver continuous improvement across international manufacturing locations.
