Leads finance transformation, process improvement, ERP optimization, automation, reporting, and cross-functional strategic projects. Analyzes profitability, margins, working capital, KPIs, and operational performance to support executive decisions, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Acts as a trusted advisor to finance leadership and coordinates initiatives across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT, and Corporate teams.

Leads group-wide financial reporting, consolidation, IFRS compliance, accounting policies, controls, external audit, tax oversight, transfer pricing, and financial transformation. Oversees consolidated reporting quality and timeliness, advises on complex accounting matters, sponsors CCH Tagetik and LucaNet initiatives, supports M&A, due diligence, IPO readiness, and manages the financial reporting team. The role is fully on-site and requires bilingual French-English communication.

Designs and maintains electrical packages for chillers and heat pumps, including low-voltage power, control, and communication circuits. Performs electrical calculations, selects components, specifies cabinets and related hardware, prepares drawings and reports, and supports manufacturing. The role requires applying electrical codes and safety standards, integrating HVAC controls and communication protocols, managing revisions in PDM systems, and collaborating with sales, service, engineering, and production teams. This is a fully onsite bilingual English-French position.
