Manages the development and execution of field marketing and promotional initiatives across beverage brands, including point-of-sale materials, promotions, events, sponsorships, and partner activities. Coordinates with brand teams, agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders while managing budgets, timelines, brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and activity calendars. Monitors market trends, competitors, and campaign performance, recommending improvements. The role also supports demand planning, continuous improvement, special projects, and brand events.

Supports occupational health and safety programs across Quebec, particularly logistics operations. Responsibilities include inspections, audits, training, risk assessments, emergency preparedness, safety committees, compliance, performance tracking, workers’ compensation claims, and return-to-work plans. The role also coordinates safety initiatives at satellite warehouses and collaborates with employees, healthcare professionals, management, and CNESST.

Operates, monitors, cleans, sanitizes, and performs preventive maintenance on brewing, fermentation, clarification, and filtration equipment. Ensures product quality, completes production documentation, follows schedules, supports employee training, and complies with food safety and workplace health and safety standards. The role requires flexibility to work day, evening, and night shifts in an onsite brewery production environment.
