Lead and deliver commercial interior construction projects: bid and budget, schedule, manage teams and subcontractors, oversee procurement, cost control, project accounting, client relations, and closeout while using Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project and related tools.

Support project accounting for commercial interior construction: process payables, assist billing and job costing via Timberline, manage collections, month-end close, lien waivers, retention tracking, and help implement internal controls and procedures.

Manage small-to-medium commercial interior projects supporting Project Managers and Superintendents. Duties include bidding, scheduling, subcontractor agreements, permits, RFIs/submittals, budgeting support, change order tracking, site walks, meeting minutes, closeout, and mentoring junior staff while using construction management tools.
