The Software Developer II will design and develop full-stack features focusing on front-end development, contribute to product and technical discussions, and enhance the ShareGate platform's user experience with C# .NET and React.

Own full-cycle new business sales for ShareGate: build and manage pipeline, run consultative discovery with IT/security/procurement, drive multi-stakeholder deals, deliver tailored demos and ROI-based proposals, use AI tools throughout the sales process, and collaborate with SDR, partner, and marketing teams to grow Migrate + Protect sales.

Lead and coach a team of 4-8 Account Managers to transform a high-velocity renewal motion into a segmented, expansion-led engine. Own GRR, NRR, and expansion targets, forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene (HubSpot), cross-sell execution (ShareGate Protect), and partner with RevOps, Channel, Finance, and Legal to remove friction and protect at-risk revenue.
