Lead a team of data engineers and analysts, define the data engineering roadmap, oversee data infrastructure, ensure analytics delivery, and establish data governance standards.

Lead planning, execution, and optimization of cross-functional hardware and software projects for robot development, manufacturing, testing, upgrades, and deployments. Coordinate mechanical, electrical, embedded, systems, manufacturing, and operations teams, define scope and timelines, mitigate risks, implement process improvements, run sprints, and maintain project documentation and stakeholder communication.

Develop and scale machine learning training systems for robotics data, optimize training pipelines, and collaborate with ML researchers to enhance autonomy models.
