Integrate genomic annotations and interpretation logic, architect high-performance data models and storage across PostgreSQL, DuckDB, Qdrant, Redis, and Spark. Ensure AI outputs are accurate, explainable, and grounded in genomic evidence while collaborating across engineering and bioinformatics teams.

Lead mobile QA for iOS, Android, and responsive web: design and execute manual and automated tests, run exploratory/regression/smoke testing, validate performance and cross-device compatibility, perform API/integration testing, document defects, improve QA processes, mentor junior QAs, and communicate release readiness.

Build and maintain high-performance TypeScript backend services and event-driven infrastructure. Design scalable APIs, integrate PostgreSQL/MySQL, AWS SQS, and Centrifugo, ensure reliability, security, and observability, optimize production systems, modernize legacy code, and own end-to-end feature delivery with strong testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
