Lead and evolve the VIP program and player services for Tiki Solitaire TriPeaks. Manage high-value player relationships, mentor distributed support teams, drive improvements to workflows, tools, and reporting, represent player voice across studios, and synthesize player sentiment for stakeholders to improve retention and player experience.

The Principal Technical Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams in product strategy, feature development, and lifecycle management for a new unannounced AAA mobile game, using data analysis to guide decisions.

Perform product and player-behavior analysis for Marvel Strike Force using SQL/Python and reporting tools. Build recurring KPI reports, design/validate analytics tracking and experiments, partner with cross-functional teams, and use AI-enabled tools to accelerate workflows while ensuring data quality, privacy, and clear executive-ready insights.
