Manage end-to-end payroll for US, Canadian, Lithuanian, contractor, and EOR workers. Responsibilities include payroll processing and corrections, tax compliance, registrations, retirement funding, reconciliations, audits, stipends, reimbursements, accruals, and payroll-related accounting. Partner with People Operations, Finance, IT, international teams, and payroll vendors to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payments.

Develops enterprise account targeting strategies, conducts tailored outbound and LinkedIn social selling, qualifies prospects, overcomes objections, and schedules high-quality meetings for account executives. Maintains account and contact data in Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo; coordinates conference outreach, supports sales operations automation, and follows a process-driven prospecting motion across fintech, financial services, marketplaces, ecommerce, and high-risk industries.
