Lead end-to-end Salesforce migration engagements as the primary technical and strategic contact. Coordinate with account teams and global delivery partners, drive AI-assisted automation and playbooks to accelerate migrations, resolve major incidents during cutover, and provide product feedback. Serve as subject-matter expert in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing), or Tableau to ensure successful go-lives and customer adoption.

Leads enterprise data foundation and MuleSoft technical consulting engagements for public-sector customers. Advises C-suite stakeholders, defines data and integration architectures, governs delivery risk and quality, and guides multi-workstream teams. Establishes AI-augmented delivery practices, reusable technical assets, governance models, and executive roadmaps. Provides hands-on leadership across Salesforce Data 360, Informatica IDMC, MuleSoft, data governance, MDM, integration, analytics, and AI-ready data foundations while contributing industry thought leadership.

Sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform to small and growth businesses across an assigned Canadian territory. Responsibilities include managing existing accounts and new leads, prospecting, closing opportunities, acquiring new customers, presenting solutions aligned to customer needs, collaborating with internal resources, and managing a high volume of accounts. The role requires end-to-end quota-carrying sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, a growth mindset, and bilingual English/French communication for the Montreal market.
