Lead daily last-mile warehouse operations and a team of 15-20 material handlers. Manage receiving, picking, dispatch of contract carriers, train staff and carriers, use metrics to drive improvements, resolve operational issues, and partner with management to optimize routes and processes.

Supervise last-mile associates to maximize productivity and safety: assign and monitor work, train on procedures and equipment, maintain tools/supplies, manage inventory and reconciliation, correct performance issues, and ensure housekeeping and safety compliance.
