Serve as the branchs first point of contact in-store and by phone, process sales transactions, complete daily banking reconciliation and purchasing tasks, build and maintain customer relationships, ensure health and safety compliance, and support general branch operations.

Serve as the primary in-branch and phone contact for customers, complete sales transactions and daily banking reconciliations, support purchasing and branch operations, maintain health and safety compliance, and build long-term customer relationships while helping acquire new clients.

Develop and manage relationships with existing and new customers to grow sales of Roofmart products. Execute sales plans and strategies, expand market share, create action plans with suppliers, educate customers and staff on products, manage customer samples and educational stock, and coordinate customer payments and credit with credit managers.
