Manages Rodeo FX’s SR&ED research and development tax credit claims. The role identifies eligible technical work, coordinates technical and financial inputs, prepares rigorous documentation, tracks deadlines and risks, supports tax authority audits, and improves claim processes. It requires collaboration with software development, pipeline, research, production, Finance, Tax, external advisors, and international teams in French and English.

Manages Rodeo FX’s R&D tax incentive claims, identifying eligible technical work, coordinating technical and finance teams, documenting supporting evidence, validating claimed expenses, and preparing complete federal and provincial submissions. The role also supports tax authority reviews, tracks deadlines and estimated credits, maintains claim procedures and templates, and improves documentation and data-collection processes. Collaboration occurs with software development, pipeline, research, production, finance, tax leadership, external advisors, and international teams.

Acts as the primary HR business partner for corporate functions, advising managers and employees on performance, employee relations, workforce planning, organizational changes, talent development, compensation, policies, and recruitment. Supports talent planning, onboarding, engagement, organizational development, and change management while ensuring consistent HR practices across sites. The role requires strong judgment, communication, coaching, confidentiality, and knowledge of Quebec employment standards.
