Teams at Roche

Lead customer implementation projects for Roche Diagnostics across hospital environments in Canada. Responsibilities include managing project portfolios, timelines, milestones, communications, capacity planning, stakeholder relationships, project methodology, PMO improvement, and installation execution. The role requires autonomous field-based work, customer engagement, cross-functional coordination, and at least 20% travel.

Serves as the strategic link between Roche Digital Technologies and Roche Diagnostics Canada. Builds trusted relationships, translates Canadian business priorities into technology investments and roadmaps, represents local needs in global portfolio governance, and drives adoption of proven solutions. The role manages stakeholder alignment, technology-related risks and escalations, regulatory and data-security considerations, market trends, and business cases focused on revenue, efficiency, risk reduction, and customer experience.

Supports hospitals and laboratories with installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and technical service for molecular laboratory and automation equipment. Builds client relationships, diagnoses issues, minimizes diagnostic-service disruptions, participates in service and customer meetings, and supports regional representatives. Requires frequent travel throughout Quebec, occasional travel across Canada, and international training travel.
