Manage M&A transaction services engagements, including quality of earnings, EBITDA, net working capital, cash flow, and operational analyses. Lead client meetings, identify transaction risks and opportunities, coordinate projects throughout the deal lifecycle, and develop junior team members through coaching and feedback. Build client relationships and support financial and tax-related transaction issues while traveling as required.

The role involves leading business development and sales, executing NetSuite projects, and developing practice materials, requiring strong implementation experience and client relationship skills.

Lead OneStream implementations and managed services engagements: gather requirements, design and configure solutions, write business rules, manage project delivery, run workshops, support integrations, provide client training, and oversee monthly administrative and support activities.
