Internship (Fall 2026) supporting training and knowledge management: design and structure training content, update documentation, map knowledge, support training delivery, and collaborate with internal experts to formalize and share knowledge. Hybrid role based in Montreal with possible remote option for candidates outside the region.

Lead electrolysis technology development to advance TRL, define and manage an electrolysis project portfolio, coordinate modeling/lab/pilot activities, mentor operations engineers, develop test plans, and drive cross-department collaboration to scale and deploy ELYSIS smelting solutions.

Lead and deliver high-value consulting projects for PACE/Rio Tinto: scope projects, manage client relationships, create and execute project plans, lead consultant and client teams, recruit and mentor consultants, and travel as required. Bilingual (FR/EN) and on-site in Montreal.
