Provide technical customer support and act as an internal sales advisor. Take orders by phone/email, research products, promote promotions, follow up on quotes and deliveries, collaborate with field sales, and perform branch support tasks.

Provide counter and warehouse support: load/unload, prepare pallets, receive and verify goods, capture inventory in AS400, process shipping documents, assist customers at counter, and maintain a clean work area.

Manage all branch operations including sales, inventory, budgeting, expenses, hiring, training and coaching staff. Ensure high customer service, compliance with health and safety policies, support sales initiatives, and represent the brand to improve customer experience and branch performance.
