Supervise administrative and operational activities, including purchasing, sales, logistics, compliance, process improvement, reporting, and performance management. The role optimizes workflows and resources, manages operational risks, ensures policy and regulatory compliance, coordinates internal and external partners, and reports performance and recommendations to the General Manager. The position also supports continuous improvement, employee mobilization, service quality, and organizational efficiency.
