The role also supports branch performance by identifying growth opportunities, informally coaching colleagues, improving processes, and contributing to branch KPI achievement.

Load/unload and sort merchandise, prepare and stack pallets, receive and verify incoming goods, enter inventory into AS400, support counter sales and customer inquiries, process shipping documents, and maintain a clean, organized showroom and counter area.
