Support recurring tax compliance and reporting across monthly, quarterly and year-end cycles. Collect source documents, prepare filings, reconcile tax positions with accounting, liaise with stakeholders and external advisors, maintain tax calendars and working papers, and assist with internal/external audits.

Serves customers at the electrical distribution counter, supports sales, confirms inventory, processes orders and inquiries, researches products, prepares quotations, follows up on deliveries, and recommends complementary or alternative products. Builds customer relationships, resolves issues, maintains an organized showroom and work area, and represents the Westburne brand. The role requires secondary school completion, at least one year of relevant experience, strong organization, customer service, negotiation, communication, initiative, and decision-making skills.

Receive, verify, load/unload and sort incoming merchandise; prepare and stack pallets; process orders and shipping documents; capture incoming inventory into AS400; assist counter sales and customers; maintain showroom and counter cleanliness and brand presentation.
