External sales representative responsible for building and maintaining commercial client relationships, executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, promoting electrical products and solutions, preparing quotes and negotiating terms, reporting daily sales activity and monthly analyses, monitoring competition, and liaising with manufacturers and service companies.

Gérer les commandes clients par téléphone et courriel, établir et entretenir des relations client, conseiller sur les produits, préparer et suivre des soumissions, assurer le suivi des livraisons et soutenir les opérations de la succursale.

Receive, verify, load/unload and sort incoming merchandise; prepare and stack pallets; process orders and shipping documents; capture incoming inventory into AS400; assist counter sales and customers; maintain showroom and counter cleanliness and brand presentation.

Plan and coordinate branch operational and administrative activities: safety audits, supplier returns and non-conformance resolution, customer returns and AS400 credits, month-end financial tasks, daily/periodic reporting, cycle counts, billing, and supervise/train branch staff while supporting operations and sales.

Receive, inspect and process incoming goods; load/unload and stack pallets; verify and enter inventory into AS400; prepare shipping documents; support counter sales and customer inquiries; maintain showroom and work area.

Basé à Québec, vous soutiendrez les ventes en répondant aux demandes clients, traiterez commandes par téléphone et courriel, fournirez support technique, suivrez soumissions et livraisons, et collaborerez avec les représentants externes.
