Strong analytical, communication, organizational, bilingual English-French, and Microsoft Office skills are required, with investment, financial market, and tax software experience preferred.

Supports insurance sales and claims teams through customer research, inquiries, correspondence, advisor calls, reporting, insurance illustrations, caseload updates, offset follow-up, process documentation, newsletters, and project tasks. The role requires bilingual English and French communication, strong organization, analytical ability, accuracy, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is a full-time student co-op position in Montreal lasting 4–16 months.

Supports wealth management advisors with client meeting coordination, onboarding, account maintenance, documentation, compliance tracking, trade processing, cash flow management, and routine client inquiries. Provides professional bilingual client service, liaises with internal departments, maintains accurate records, supports projects and research, and follows RBC policies and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time winter student/co-op position in Montreal lasting 4–16 months.
