Manage overall performance and operations of a large branch, ensuring compliance with policies, financial targets, sales and service goals. Lead, coach and develop staff, oversee auctions, reconditioning, budgeting, vendor contracts, safety and customer relations. Receive, inspect, and release consigned equipment for auctions; align and stage items for sale; operate heavy and light equipment and forklifts; perform basic maintenance, inspections, and cleaning; manage keys, lot numbers, signage, and loading/parking of sold equipment; provide customer service and related tasks.

Operate heavy equipment and trucks to prepare, position and load auction inventory; assist customers with loading and yard operations; perform vehicle reception/inspection tasks as needed; support team members and promote strict safety practices while maintaining accurate, organized work in a fast-paced yard environment.
