Supports HR Business Partners, managers, employees, and union representatives in a unionized workplace. Responsibilities include employee relations documentation, collective agreement and policy interpretation, workplace investigations, HR metrics analysis, employee engagement initiatives, and confidential case management. The intern collaborates with operational leaders and develops skills in labor relations, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving.

Supports and improves enterprise MES and MOM solutions for manufacturing operations. Translates business requirements into system designs, resolves technical and functional issues, supports production users, manages integrations with SAP ERP and other systems, develops requirements and test plans, coordinates suppliers, and tracks project deliverables. The role also contributes to new-site implementations, Industry 4.0 initiatives, and ongoing MES modernization.

Leads pricing and lifecycle strategy for aerospace aftermarket products and services. Responsibilities include commercial governance, pricing strategy development, margin and profitability analysis, dashboard data validation, spare-parts and labor-rate optimization, discount strategy, lifecycle governance, transformation initiatives, and transaction projects. The role requires financial modeling, large-data analysis, project leadership, business acumen, and collaboration with international customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
