Develop and own production-grade software for manufacturing operations. Lead an ERP rollout in a plant, design data-capture processes, build automation and AI assistants, and develop applications integrating business, logistics, commerce, and production systems. Work independently with plant managers and business stakeholders in an on-site, project-based environment.

Serve as a founder’s trusted right hand by turning ambiguous priorities into structured initiatives and driving cross-functional execution. Lead projects involving pricing, suppliers, process improvement, financial analysis, and hiring. Create financial models, memos, reports, and decision logs; align stakeholders; resolve time-sensitive issues; and coordinate technical or external partners for software, data, and automation work.

Builds and ships production code, customer integrations, data pipelines, and analytics tools for enterprise accounts. Serves as the technical lead for several clients, gathering requirements, prototyping solutions, owning system performance and service levels, and communicating with technical and executive stakeholders. The role requires hands-on software engineering, cloud and data-platform experience, schema design, production monitoring, and approximately 30% travel to customer sites across the United States.
