Lead and build the Customer Experience analytics function, owning CX data strategy, BI, forecasting, capacity planning, operational analytics, and executive reporting. Translate large datasets into actionable insights, predictive models, and staffing forecasts, measure AI and human interactions, identify journey inefficiencies, and quantify CX impact on revenue while partnering with CX, Finance, and Data teams.

Lead and scale email and in-app engagement across the customer lifecycle. Design personalized messaging, run A/B tests, monitor engagement metrics, drive activation, adoption, upsell, retention, and referral. Partner cross-functionally, maintain data hygiene, and document lifecycle processes and playbooks.

Lead technical strategy and architecture for backend systems, drive cross-functional delivery from prototype to production, improve cost/performance/reliability/security, mentor engineers, and translate AI and emerging tech into actionable roadmaps.
