Manage and execute multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-account messaging. Build and optimize Iterable journeys, code and QA personalized HTML/CSS emails, conduct testing, monitor performance, troubleshoot API events and webhooks, and collaborate with marketing analytics, technical, legal, and compliance teams.

Leads the UX organization’s strategy, operations, talent development, budgeting, and cross-functional alignment. Manages UX managers, scales DesignOps, integrates AI into design workflows and product experiences, promotes user-centered and brand-aligned design quality, and facilitates collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience. Owns organizational planning, resource allocation, hiring, process optimization, and executive stakeholder influence.

Own HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and the ADP Workforce Now HRIS. Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding, data governance, reporting, compliance, compensation administration, benefits and payroll system support, vendor management, immigration program coordination, and managing a People Operations Analyst. The role requires strong HRIS administration, analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
