Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, AI/ML, data, and product roles across multiple markets. Develop sourcing strategies, technically screen candidates, manage requisitions in Greenhouse, partner with hiring leaders, run structured interviews, negotiate offers, and identify pipeline or process risks. This is a highly autonomous six-month remote contract requiring strong technical recruiting expertise and experience managing senior-level searches.

Build and lead Prenuvo’s technical program management function, establishing scalable practices for planning, governance, dependencies, risks, executive visibility, and launch readiness. Personally manage complex cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Data, and Marketing, including patient retention and longitudinal care. Recruit, coach, and develop a high-impact TPM team while driving technical decisions, resolving blockers, and improving portfolio prioritization.

The Senior People Operations Generalist manages and improves employee lifecycle processes, HRIS data integrity, reporting, system troubleshooting, documentation, compliance, employee relations escalations, immigration and mobility coordination, and cross-functional People projects. The role partners with HR, payroll, benefits, legal, compliance, IT, and vendors; supports system implementations and training; mentors junior staff; and handles confidential employee information.
