Lead statistical strategy and execution across clinical development, including study design consultation, sample size and SAP authoring/review, regulatory submission leadership, DMC reporting, mentoring statisticians, and partnering with sponsors and vendors on complex programs.

Leads clinical safety and pharmacovigilance activities, including SAE case management, regulatory reporting, safety database implementation, reporting plans, medical coding plans, quality control, audits, CAPA, inspection readiness, training, and client support. Serves as a safety subject matter expert, mentors specialists, manages standalone safety projects, supports regulatory responses, and contributes to departmental resource management and initiatives.

Lead portfolio-level project finance for Clinical Solutions, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, variance and margin analysis, earned value and risk identification. Partner with project finance and operations to maintain data integrity, develop trial operations KPIs, build Excel and Power BI dashboards, and present executive-ready insights to support financial decision-making and continuous process improvement across the project lifecycle.
