Leads analytics collaboration between the analytics department and newsrooms, translating audience data and market insights into editorial recommendations. Builds data-driven newsroom culture, develops workshops, establishes KPIs, monitors reports, analyzes trends, and writes strategic briefs. Partners with editors, reporters, product teams, and audience specialists to improve story decisions, page views, and reader engagement.

Manage and optimize digital advertising products across display, video, newsletters, apps, programmatic platforms, and other channels. Develop product roadmaps, launch and test ad products, prioritize engineering work, support platform migrations, monitor KPIs, and present performance insights. Collaborate with advertising, content, engineering, and other stakeholders using Agile processes to improve monetization and digital ad performance.

Provides administrative and operational support to a national sales team by coordinating meetings, maintaining CRM data, tracking leads and campaigns, preparing sales reports, processing documentation, managing tickets, and supporting sales leadership with analytics, communications, and special projects.
