Provides technical support to customers by investigating application issues, analyzing logs and SQL data, managing support tickets and SLAs, validating deployments, documenting solutions, and escalating complex issues. The role requires collaboration with customers, engineers, and development teams, along with knowledge of web applications, relational databases, Drupal, and Citizen One. Occasional evening or weekend deployments and on-call participation may be required.

Develop and maintain Java and Spring Boot microservices in an agile environment, contributing primarily to backend and secondarily to full-stack development. Use AI-assisted coding and agentic development tools to improve productivity and software quality. Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams across the software development lifecycle. The role involves AWS cloud services, databases, messaging, identity and security technologies, and modern development tools.

Design and build Agentic AI solutions and Java Spring Boot microservices, integrate PKI/cryptography/certificate management, use AI-assisted development tools, contribute full-stack as needed, and collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Security in Agile.
