Designs, develops, maintains, and optimizes critical Java desktop applications. The role involves software architecture, modern user interface development, API and database integration, performance tuning, test and deployment automation, application security, and Agile lifecycle participation. The developer will use AI-assisted development tools, collaborate with Product, QA, and Support, evolve complex products, and provide technical leadership.

Administer and evolve hybrid infrastructure spanning Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, on-premises systems, networks, virtualization, and storage. Provide advanced user support, monitor systems, manage incidents and backups, and participate in on-call rotations. Apply security controls such as MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, and Zero Trust, while supporting SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits. Maintain technical documentation, improve reliability and automation, and coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities via outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. Research target accounts, engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities, schedule meetings for sales, and maintain CRM data. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to support lead-generation initiatives across government, enterprise, and professional markets.
