Provides technical support to customers by investigating application issues, analyzing logs and SQL data, managing support tickets and SLAs, validating deployments, documenting solutions, and escalating complex issues. Design and build Agentic AI solutions and Java Spring Boot microservices, integrate PKI/cryptography/certificate management, use AI-assisted development tools, contribute full-stack as needed, and collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Security in Agile.

Designs, develops, maintains, and optimizes critical Java desktop applications. The role involves software architecture, modern user interface development, API and database integration, performance tuning, test and deployment automation, application security, and Agile lifecycle participation. The developer will use AI-assisted development tools, collaborate with Product, QA, and Support, evolve complex products, and provide technical leadership.
