Own end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, dinners, and experiential activations. Manage logistics, vendors, travel, staffing, and ROI evaluation. Build event partnerships, design memorable in-person experiences, run guerrilla experiments, and collaborate with sales and marketing to convert events into pipeline. Travel up to twice monthly.

Promote a referral program offering a $5,000 bonus for introductions that lead to successful hires. Encourage submitting qualified candidate referrals to the employer.
