Advise high-net-worth and institutional clients with discretionary investment strategies, build and maintain long-term relationships, conduct portfolio construction and monitoring, execute business development and referral strategies, collaborate with internal teams, stay current on markets and regulations, and ensure regulatory compliance and ethical standards.

Support territory sales by engaging financial advisors, maintaining CRM pipelines, coordinating events/webinars, ensuring compliance with GRC practices, and providing administrative and operational sales support to drive advisor outreach and territory performance.

Drive prospecting and grow the advisor base using consultative sales; support an assigned Vice President, Retail Sales; develop business plans; meet activity targets; maintain CRM records and detailed engagement notes; position alternative investment solutions; provide proactive client support and contribute to team planning.
