Supports broad HR operations including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compensation reviews, employee records, policy administration, compliance, reporting, and HR initiatives. Provides guidance to employees and managers, handles confidential information, and escalates complex matters to HR leadership. The hybrid role requires regular onsite work in Dorval and bilingual French-English communication.
