Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and QA; conduct user research and usability testing; apply accessibility and inclusive design; and use AI tools such as Figma Make and Cursor to accelerate design exploration and validation.

Manage a pooled portfolio of SaaS customers to drive adoption, retention, value realization, and expansion. Build and operationalize scalable customer success programs, playbooks, journeys, and health scoring. Monitor health signals, mitigate risks, run engagement campaigns, and surface Voice of Customer insights. Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, reporting, and customer outcomes.

The Billing & Revenue Operations Lead is responsible for optimizing billing and invoicing processes, ensuring billing accuracy, coordinating financial operations, and collaborating across departments in a SaaS environment.

Design and define scalable, secure, cloud-native platform services and reusable APIs. Drive architecture in Sprint 0, document technical decisions, mentor technical leads, support implementation, and establish standards, governance, and DevOps practices to enable multiple product teams to build reliably at scale.

Onboard physicians and medical clinics onto the Xacte billing platform by assessing needs, configuring profiles, validating information and RAMQ registration, coordinating training, billing, and support teams, and following up through go-live. The role requires organized, detail-oriented client management, clear French and English communication, strong relationship-building, technology comfort, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
