Conduct hydrological and hydraulic studies and perform engineering and design for municipal transportation infrastructure (roads, drainage, utilities). Prepare design calculations, reports, construction plans, permits, quantity estimates; supervise construction; lead field investigations and inspection reports; contribute to proposals and multidisciplinary coordination. Work in hybrid mode from Montreal or Quebec City offices.

Inspect and assess bridges and tunnels through visual inspections, NDT, and structural analyses; prepare technical deliverables; travel frequently; perform rope-access inspections; collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to support infrastructure safety and rehabilitation.

Lead technical ecological assessments for terrestrial habitats and wildlife on major infrastructure projects. Perform field surveys, data analysis, permitting support, mitigation design, construction monitoring, client liaison, and technical report writing. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior staff.
