Lead and grow Parsons' environmental services in Quebec: strategic planning, business development, project leadership on major transport infrastructure, environmental assessments and authorizations, regulatory compliance, stakeholder and Indigenous consultation, resource planning, team development, and national collaboration.

Design, inspect, and commission electrical infrastructure and intelligent transportation systems (ITS). Perform site surveys, produce design and wiring plans, technical specifications, test scripts, cost estimates, and construction documents. Manage contracts, review shop drawings and equipment bids, perform site inspections and testing, and coordinate project teams and client meetings. Travel as required.

Inspect and assess bridges and tunnels through visual inspections, NDT, and structural analyses; prepare technical deliverables; travel frequently; perform rope-access inspections; collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to support infrastructure safety and rehabilitation.
