Lead complex bridges and tunnels projects as principal project director, ensuring technical excellence, quality deliverables, multidisciplinary team leadership, budget/schedule control, client relations, business development, and regulatory/public engagement support.

Design, inspect, and commission electrical infrastructure and intelligent transportation systems (ITS). Perform site surveys, produce design and wiring plans, technical specifications, test scripts, cost estimates, and construction documents. Design and produce detailed road infrastructure plans using 3D modeling (OpenRoads/InRoads) and iTwin. Lead and grow Parsons' environmental services in Quebec: strategic planning, business development, project leadership on major transport infrastructure, environmental assessments and authorizations, regulatory compliance, stakeholder and Indigenous consultation, resource planning, team development, and national collaboration.

Lead and grow Parsons' Rail & Transit practice across Eastern Canada. Build and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams, develop client relationships, win and deliver large, complex transit programs, oversee commercial and contract performance, and shape regional strategy and business development.
