Own operational excellence and governance across the PDE SDLC. Lead tool strategy and integrations (ProductBoard, Jira, Amplitude, Jellyfish, Guru, Confluence, Zendesk), resolve cross-tool data issues, design and automate scalable workflows and SOPs, and partner with senior leadership to drive adoption and operational reporting.

Lead UX/UI strategy and product direction for a core SaaS product area. Design end-to-end flows, evolve design systems, conduct user research, define vision and success metrics, mentor designers, drive organizational design maturity, and represent the company externally. Apply and integrate AI tools and intelligent features into product experiences.

Lead Developer Experience product strategy across Autopilot, Multidev, Upstreams and emerging areas (public APIs, MCP integrations, agentic systems). Define roadmaps, measure developer velocity and satisfaction, gather research and competitive intelligence, and align engineering, product, and executives to deliver platform integrations and developer workflow improvements.
