Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, scope and budget control, risk mitigation, client communication, kickoff and debrief meetings, documentation, and escalation management. The role also contributes to PMO process, tooling, and template improvements while coordinating consultants and internal teams. Strong client-facing judgment, organization, communication, and growing cybersecurity literacy are essential.

Manage the full client lifecycle for cybersecurity services, including strategic reviews, account health, renewals, reactivation, and expansion. Translate client security objectives into actionable strategies, coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, maintain accurate CRM data, forecast opportunities, and drive client advocacy through referrals, reviews, and testimonials.

Quota-carrying Account Executive responsible for full sales cycle across inbound and outbound channels. Qualify and close fast-moving deals (typically <60 days), generate outbound pipeline, maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting, produce three qualified opportunities monthly, support enterprise sales, create proposals, and identify expansion opportunities within accounts.
