Provide advisory support to the Certification Director; coordinate and implement certification, compliance and change projects; manage permit maintenance operations; work with IT on integrations, dashboards and CRM data; run integration tests and support QA; analyze processes and data quality; propose improvements and document procedures.

Provide strategic advice and operational support to the Vice‑President, coordinate and follow up on cross‑functional projects and priorities, prepare briefing notes and presentations, represent the Vice‑President with stakeholders, and contribute to organizational planning, risk analysis and implementation of initiatives.
