Lead complex full-stack software projects, design scalable architectures, mentor engineers, build end-to-end product features, develop Python and Node.js APIs, work across modern front-end frameworks, troubleshoot defects, and deliver maintainable, tested code in an Agile SaaS environment.

Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, with primary responsibility for Marketo and Salesforce integrations. Manage lead lifecycle, scoring, nurture programs, email operations, attribution, tracking, data hygiene, and system troubleshooting. Establish scalable processes, documentation, and governance; direct an external execution agency; partner with Demand Generation, Events, and Sales; and identify AI-powered automation opportunities.

Lead Optro’s global compensation strategy and programs, including pay structures, job architecture, benchmarking, merit and bonus cycles, equity planning, incentive design, pay equity analytics, compliance, and manager enablement. Partner with People leaders, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and executives to ensure competitive and equitable rewards across global markets. Leverage AI-driven insights, optimize Workday Compensation processes, advise on complex compensation decisions, and manage related vendors and communications.

Owns marketing analytics and measurement across campaigns, channels, attribution, funnel health, pipeline forecasting, and ROI. Builds dashboards, attribution models, AI-driven propensity scoring, forecasting, anomaly detection, and automated insights. Partners with marketing, sales, finance, data engineering, security, and legal to improve the marketing data stack, guide investment decisions, deliver executive reporting, and establish responsible AI standards. Mentors analysts and leads analytical practices across the marketing organization.

Coordinates high-volume interviews across time zones, communicates with candidates and hiring teams, maintains accurate ATS records, resolves scheduling conflicts, supports onboarding and recruiting operations, and contributes to talent initiatives and process improvements. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, problem-solving, and flexibility to support EMEA time zones from Canada’s East Coast.

Architect, build, and maintain test automation frameworks and tooling for web backend services; drive adoption of AI-driven, self-healing testing ecosystems; mentor SDETs; prototype agentic tooling; collaborate with infra and product teams to improve testability, reliability, and delivery velocity.
