OpenArt is hiring its second lawyer to work broadly across contracts, intellectual property, privacy, employment, corporate governance, taxation, financings, immigration, and product counseling. The role can be tailored toward a specific specialty or end-to-end contract ownership. The position emphasizes curiosity, passion, independent judgment, direct collaboration, and using AI tools for legal drafting, research, review, and triage. It is remote in the United States.
