Lead client engagements for OnePlan implementations: act as primary client contact, manage schedules, budgets, scope and risks, run strategy workshops, support requirements gathering, collaborate with architects/consultants, and lead training and adoption activities.

Lead discovery, implement and configure PPM/Work Management solutions (OnePlan, MS Project, Smartsheet), integrate Microsoft ecosystem tools, deliver workshops and demos, guide clients through delivery lifecycle, and drive adoption and stakeholder engagement for portfolio, resource, and financial tracking.
